One Week Sailing in Croatia (Itinerary and Packing List)

Hello there,

Before my partner and I embark on our big backpacking adventure, we have taken a “mini” sailing vacation in Croatia for one week. I am usually a budget traveller but this trip is definitely one of those that can break the bank. I backpacked Croatia 7 years ago, and I think that there are tons of ways to travel in Croatia on a budget. So, this post will not be about staying on a budget. This is a trip that we have been planning for almost a year, and it required some saving up. Although this is, in my opinion, a luxurious trip, we still managed some ways to not go over-the-top with our spending. Our trio consisted of 2 boats, 8 people on one, and 12 on the other. I am going to write about our itinerary and what I should have packed for a one-week sailing trip in Croatia. I finally have time to blog. In just over a week, I will be done with work for 7 months. I am longing for 7 months of freedom, and of course, all the travelling we will do! I really should have blogged about the May Glossybox 2 weeks ago, but I have been busy so you are getting it now.

Best Places for After Work in Gothenburg

Well, I am currently heading on a bus to Oslo to go visit some of my girlfriends there. Feeling a bit anxious since I won’t get my renewed passport until next week, so hopefully, I can make it through the border control. In the past 3 years, I have taken at least 20 buses between Gothenburg and Oslo, and I have been stopped only one time. So, here I am crossing my fingers for some good luck.

Well, with the thoughts of TGIF (thank god it’s Friday) running through my head I thought I would blog a little bit more locally. If you didn’t know, the Swedes are crazy about their after work (also know as AW). This is where the partying starts at 3 pm and ends sometimes at dinnertime! I mean, who can party on an empty stomach? So, here it is: where are the best places for after work in Gothenburg?
